RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
At OOSH Fishing, we stand behind the quality of our lures
and gear. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to sort it quickly and
fairly. The information below explains how our returns and exchanges work.
Returns Window
If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact
us within ten days of receiving your order. For international customers, just
let us know within ten days and we’re happy to allow extra time for your parcel
to reach us.
Condition of Returned Items
All items must be returned in original condition. This
means unused, unaltered, unmarked and with all packaging and tags intact. Items
that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return or exchange.
Full-Priced Items
Full-priced items can be returned for a refund to the
original payment method or exchanged for another item, depending on stock
availability.
Sale Items
Sale items can be exchanged for another item or style of
equal value, subject to availability. Sale items are not eligible for refunds
unless faulty.
Faulty Items
We take quality seriously. If your item arrives faulty,
or something goes wrong soon after you start using it, please contact us
straight away so we can put it right. We may request photos to help assess the
issue, and we’ll organise a solution as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the
customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for
items lost in transit.
